Station Taxis can trace its history back to 1901 when a gentleman by the name of Monkhouse ‘Yorkie’ Graham began operating his horse drawn cab. Today we are proud to still be part of the people of Sunderland’s everyday lives, helping them make over 1 million journeys a year.

We now have Chip and Pin technology available in some of our vehicles.

Please note: all payments made using Visa Credit cards, Mastercard and Debit cards will incur a transaction fee of 10% of the total value of the fare if over £5.00. Any transaction less that £5.00 will be charged at minimum fee of 50 pence.
